Endpoint Protection Management Overview
Lockard's Endpoint Protection Management Service, allows us to fully manage the security of a computer aka an "endpoint". Lockard includes the Next Generation Endpoint Protection software CrowdStrike, along with custom software Lockard has created to deal with patching the operating system, all of the 3rd party applications installed, and keeping the system running as fast as possible by running schedule optimization tasks.
Besides the included software, Lockard also provides unlimited remote access support to the endpoint. This includes incident response, virus removal, troubleshooting errors and popups. If something happens on an endpoint, Lockard will know about it and response accordingly. Our monitoring and alerting allows us to be proactive while maintaining the usability of the system.
